This was the MOST JDM car I saw- honda badge, subaru bumper, toyota starlet. Probably running a sr20 just for good measure

It's an aftermarket scoop. I can't remember what company, but I'm pretty sure it's a Japanese brand and I've seen cars in the U.S. running them.
